4. Quote Requests and Bookings
A quote request is an invitation for us to assess your requirements. We aim to provide services with reasonable care and skill and in accordance with the scope agreed for the booking. Cleaning outcomes can vary according to surface condition, age, staining, wear, prior treatment and access. We do not promise restoration beyond what can reasonably be achieved by the agreed cleaning method.
7. Pricing and Payment
Where a price is quoted, it is based on the information available at the time. If the scope, size, condition or access materially differs from what was described, we may discuss a revised price or adjusted scope before continuing. Payment arrangements, due dates and any cancellation terms applicable to a booked service will be communicated as part of the booking process.
8. Cancellations and Rescheduling
If you need to cancel or reschedule, contact us as early as reasonably possible. Specific cancellation or call-out terms may be agreed for an individual booking. Nothing in these terms excludes any cancellation, refund or remedy rights that apply under New Zealand consumer law and cannot lawfully be excluded.
9. Consumer Rights
Where the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or other mandatory New Zealand consumer protections apply, you retain the rights and remedies provided by those laws. These terms are not intended to exclude, restrict or modify rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
